Another Milestone...

So my little girl is growing up...she said her first word yesterday. "Da Da." This was not the first time she had made the dadadadadadada sounds, but it was the first time she was actually looking at her father and said only the two syllables (as opposed to 14). And she said it more than once. So much for my dreams about what her first words would be; they were most definitely not prophetic! In the first she said "the quick brown fox jumped over the lazy dog" and in the second she said "yo mama's black!" In reality it was 'dada' and then "hi." I think I am just fine with the reality...
